Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain products may be non-returnable, including but not limited to items listed as non-returnable, non-refundable and opened consumables.
2. Restocking Fee:
- All returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at corley@rite-wayaviation.com with your order details and reason for return.
- You will be provided with a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions. All returns must be shipped back to us with the RAN clearly visible on the package.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
4. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed minus the restocking fee.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with a return, exchange, or full refund without the restocking fee.
6. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above, and place a new order for the desired item. The 10% restocking fee will apply to the returned item.
